GLENN EINFELD
Founding Partner

Glenn received his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1977. He was a founding partner in the North Okanagan’s largest law firm before establishing Einfeld Law in 2000.

Glenn is recognized as a highly experienced trial lawyer with an exceptional reputation for his courtroom skills. He’s also a qualified mediator and negotiator. Glenn practices all forms of litigation. He is an avid  motorcyclist and a strong advocator for “downed riders.” His past involvements include the Association for Injured Motorcyclists, B.C. Coalition for Motorcyclists, Brain Injury Society of B.C., Central Okanagan Head Injury Society, and North Okanagan Neurological Association.

Glenn is involved in his community. As a law student, he helped open the first free Legal Aid Clinic in Vernon. For five years, he hosted “Law Talk,” a weekly open-line radio show on CKOV radio in Kelowna. He has been on Lawyer Referral’s list for over 40 years without charging a consult fee. 

Glenn is a long-standing member of the  Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. For eleven years, he sat as Elected Representative of the Provincial Council of the Canadian Bar. He has held positions on CBA Committees including Member Services, Auto Insurance Committee, and Advisory Committee to The Judicial Council of B.C. Glenn also served as a Director of  Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers and Legal Chair in various capacities.



CASEY TRIVETT
Partner

Casey practices all forms of civil litigation, including personal injury, estate disputes and contract disputes. She is an accomplished trial lawyer and a practicing member of the B.C. Law Society. Casey has appeared before all levels of the British Columbia Courts, including Provincial, Supreme and British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Casey obtained both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Upon obtaining her Law Degree in 2016, Casey joined Einfeld Law, and completed her Articles under the mentorship of D. Glenn Einfeld. Casey was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.

Casey runs a client-focused practice. She has excellent rapport with her clients and provides exceptional legal representation.

She is an accomplished pianist, having studied music since the age of seven. Remarkably, Casey has completed Royal Conservatory of Music Practical Exams Levels, 1, 5, 6 and 7 and is currently striving to obtain Level 8.

MONIKA KRENZ
Associate Lawyer

Monika joined Einfeld Law in 2023 as a summer articling student and returned to complete her articles in 2024. After being called to the British Columbia bar in 2025, she joined the firm as an associate, where she continues to build her practice. Monika is particularly interested in civil and commercial litigation, and is committed to providing practical, effective legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

Born and raised in Victoria, Monika earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria. She went on to attend law school at Thompson Rivers University in sunny Kamloops, BC, and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2024.

Outside of the office, Monika enjoys exploring beautiful British Columbia, paying visits to Bridge Lake, Kaslo, Jordan River, and many places in between. In her spare time, she can often be found cooking, gardening (or at least attempting to), and spending time with her fiancé and their puppy Bozeman.

Office Greeter

Meet Nico, our resident Office Greeter and Emotional Service Assistant. His personality is as big as his job title — greeter, entertainer, stress reliever, and bearer of happiness. We’re delighted to have Nico as part of our team.

Education:
Beginner’s Canine Training Diploma; Intermediate Canine Training Diploma; Advanced Canine Training Diploma. Nico is a Grand Master in the art of receiving treats.
